Nick Mora is a professional mortgage loan originator at Integrity Mortgage, with over 5 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Integrity Mortgage, Nick owned and operated a real estate brokerage in Sarasota, FL where he specialized in 1031 Exchanges, secondary home purchase/sale, and long/short term real estate investments across the Southwest Florida area. Nick’s professional success is due to his Challenger-like mindset, where he encourages his clients and business partners to think differently about problem-solving and provide solutions beyond the status quo. Nick encompasses a teach-tailor approach when working with his clients, where he utilizes his deep industry knowledge to teach his clients about current market conditions and tailors his recommended solutions to their specific needs.
Beyond Nick’s professional real estate background, he is a proud father of two girls, former firefighter/paramedic, and University of Florida alumnus. Nick graduated UF with a BA in Business Administration, specializing in Computer and Information Science, and he holds various certifications from the National Association of Realtors such as Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Seller Representative Specialists (SRS).
